I, , enter into a contract with Dr. Fairfield in the course CS 497, Computer Graphics and Game Programming. The terms of the contract are as follows:

1. I will complete any tests, quizzes, and projects within the requested time as assigned by the lecturer, given prior approval of the items by John Fairfield.
2. The material and assignments covered by the lecturer is to be verified by John Fairfield for appropriateness to the subject prior to classes.
3. The grading parameters will be assigned by the lecturer and verified by John Fairfield after the results of assignment are turned into him.
4. The grading pattern is as follows:

• Attendance: 10%
• Small Projects: 50%
• Divided into:
  • Project I: 10%
  • Project II: 20%
  • Project III: 20%
• Final Project: 40%
• Quizzes, if any, will be worth 5% of the Attendance group.

5. The final determination of the grade will be submitted by the lecturer and then adjusted by John Fairfield before submitting the final scores to the registrar.
